Roger-Yves Bost began a career in show jumping because it was his single biggest passion, and his supportive family remains his biggest influence to this day. From a win at the World Championships with his team in 1990, to a victory the Nations Cup in Aachen in 2010, Roger-Yves has enjoyed a long and distinguished career. It’s perhaps no surprise then that the 46 year old’s motto is ‘it’s never finished.’ After all, 2012 is already proving to be a good year for the French rider, with a win at Global Champions Tour in Doha and the CSI 5* Grand Prix in Basel. Over years Roger-Yves has worked with some fantastic horses, but his favourites among them are Norton, Ideal, Myrtille and Nippon. His most memorable career moment was the Global Champions Tour final in Abu Dhabi last year.
